IF YOU APPLY FOR THE ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE THROUGH THE MEESEVA FRANCHISE

The person needs to visit the nearest meeseva franchise office.

The applicants/persons need to fill the all-necessary details for the Encumbrance Certificate in the prescribed manner. Like the details of the document, registration year and SRO name of the concern area. And also need to mention the mode of delivery.

Pay the reliable fee to the meeseva operator for the Encumbrance Certificate.

The request process of the Encumbrance Certificate through the registration department of Andhra Pradesh. The persons/applicants should get the status of their application through the SMS on their registered mobile number.

If the person/applicant is not a member of IGRS, then he/she should need to register on the portal first. For the registration the applicants/persons should need to enter the details which are as: –

After login by the applicants/persons from the public services online portal and select the Encumbrance Certificate option. After selecting this option, the new page is open in which you need to fill the details such as: –

After that the details of the Property shown on the page, click on the next button choose the signed or unsigned option of Encumbrance Certificate. After selecting the unsigned option, the new page is open. After that click on the option ‘select all’ which is mentioned on the left side of the page.

After completing all the necessary procedures for the Encumbrance Certificate, the persons/applicants are able to download their Encumbrance Certificate.
